Two new cranes for DP World Tarragona

In the last few weeks, technicians from Liebherr-Werk Nenzing GmbH, a leading company in manufacturing port cranes, have been working in the DP World Tarragona installations to assemble and fine-tune two new mobile cranes of their model LHM 400. The new cranes, with an estimated performance of up to 35 cycles per hour, have a maximum operating radius of 48 mts (PostPanamax) and capacity limit of 104Tm. With the activation of these new mechanical resources, DP World Tarragona has started transforming the terminal that will reach a peak in its capacity of 1.5 million TEU’s annually in 2012.
